PowerPoint Cartoon Graphics

April 11th, 2012

I came up with a new idea for PowerPoint cartoon graphics and I need a few people to give me input, so I’m going to give away some free stuff (on a limited basis). I’ve invented a way to put a company’s logo on a bunch of cartoon images pretty fast, so now I can offer something no other clip art provider is – clip art sets customized with your logo. I will give you a 25 pose clip art set that is customized with your logo… for FREE! But I will only do this for the first 10 people who request it. Hey – this is a $100 value – what are you waiting for!!!

In return, all I ask is that you check out the rest of the Squiggles clip art collections I have at Toons4biz, and give me feedback. Unlike the brand mascots, and school mascots, I’ve done, Squiggles is more of a “company mascot” meant for internal communications, as opposed to external marketing communications. A company mascot is for ALL the employees to have fun with. He appears in PowerPoint presentations, memos, internal newsletters and such. He is generally not used for brand building because brand mascots need to be under the control of marketing professionals. A company mascot is strictly for the employees to have fun with. That is why you’ll see my brand mascots typically doing things that would be appropriate for a customer to see, whereas Squiggles does a bunch of ridiculous things like “eating an elephant,” “jumping through hoops” and other business cliches. He is intended primarily for use in PowerPoint presentations, and NOW you can get him customized with your company logo!

So e-mail me at davet@thompsonadvertisinginc.com with your company logo and I will send you a free 25 pose Squiggles clip art set customized with your logo. Let me know how it goes over inside your office and what I can do to make the clip art more useful to you.

Thanks for your participation and input. I will strive to turn around these custom orders within 24 hours.

Enjoy! – Dave Thompson

Rather than use a rag-tag collection of clip art pulled off the Internet, use the Squiggles PowerPoint cartoons to give your presentation a more professional and consistent look. Each image is a high resolution png format, which means it comes into PowerPoint with a clear background and the image is very crisp.

If you are looking for PowerPoint graphics, check out the Squiggles clip art collections from Toons4biz. The Squiggles cartoon character is a great way to add humor to your PowerPoint presentations. Make your PowerPoint presentations look more professional. Using a mixed bag of clip art, picked up from here and there, can make your presentation look junky. The images are often pixelized and look like you picked them out of someone’s trash can. Is that any way to make a good impression? The Squiggles clip art collections lets you weave consistency into your PowerPoint slides for a more professional presentation. Each image is a high resolution png format, which means it looks clean and has a clear background, so you can insert it into any layout without an ugly white box around it.

Famous Brand Mascots

February 28th, 2012

Brand mascots are incredibly powerful brand building and marketing tools. Check out this list of famous brand mascots, then read my article “Brand Mascot Do’s and Dont’s” to see how the most memorable brand mascots align with my rules. There are right ways and wrong ways to manage a brand mascot. After you read the article, you will be able to see when famous brand mascots wander off the beaten path and get lost. Right now, I think the Aflac duck is starting to lose his way. Stay tuned. I’ll post an article about that in the near future. Gieco is also breaking a lot of rules, but they still succeed. Do you know which rule they break, and how they manage to succeed anyway? Stay tuned… and enjoy a walk down memory lane with this list of famous brand mascots.
